Q: I haven't worked out in years what can I expect on my first day?

A:
Each class is divided into 3 groups Level 1, 2 and 3. Level 1 is for new members who have not worked out before and/or those who want a low impact workout.  We will all warm up together and then separate into our groups.

 
Q: Should I bring anything to my workout?

A:
Please make sure to bring your Registration Form and Waiver available on the Registration page to your first day of class. 

You should also bring a bottle of water and gloves (weightlifting) to protect your hands.

 

Q: Do we workout when it is raining? 

A: Yes! If it is raining we will meet on the 5th floor of The Met gym's parking garage. We have permission to workout in the parking garage and your parking ticket will be validated after the class.

The Met is located at 340 West Dallas in downtown Houston.
